Damaged Goods

All care is taken packaging your shipment but any damage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. We recommend Registration/Insurance on valuable or fragile items.

Returns

We will not accept returns unless you contact us first - please phone.

Parts specifically ordered in on your behalf are not returnable.

We do not accept C.O.D. returns under any circumstances.

Return shipping will be at your cost and responsibility unless it is an incorrect or faulty part for the vehicle description.

It is IMPORTANT to correctly identify your car and check that it is fitted with original type parts.

10% restocking fee applies if stocked parts supplied were correct using your information / vehicle description but then not required.

All returns must be accompanied by our invoice and no returns after 30 days of invoice date.
